About me

Venette Nel

I am a Registered Nurse and Midwife with advanced training in Community Nursing Science, Intensive Nursing Care, and a Diploma in Nutrition.

 

With years of experience caring for individuals and families across all stages of life, I have seen firsthand how deeply nutrition influences health, healing, and overall wellbeing.

 

My journey into private practice was born from a simple truth: our communities need a new, practical, and science-backed approach to nutrition and lifestyle health.

 

Modern research is rapidly transforming our understanding of how we eat, how our bodies respond to food, and how nutrition can prevent or improve many chronic conditions.

 

Yet many people still struggle to find credible, compassionate guidance they can trust.

 

I created this practice to fill that gap.
